We recommend having your windows cleaned at least every one to two months depending on your location. This is to prevent any mineral deposits and other build up on the windows that occurs due to weather and other contributing factors in the surrounding areas.

For domestic and commercial window cleaning we prefer to use the water fed pole system which uses telescopic poles with purified water sprayed onto the glass and cleaned with a brush head. This leaves the windows wet but the windows dry spotlessly clean with no smear marks.

No you don't need to be in when we come. As long as we can gain access to the back of your property on the day of cleaning then we can clean all your windows without being limited to only those windows that are accessible.

Yes. Our water fed pole cleaning system enables us to reach windows that are normally hard to clean. It's also a much safer method of cleaning windows that are often too difficult to reach using ladders. Conservatory roof glazing and skylights can also be cleaned this way.

Yes, we can still clean your windows in the rain unless the rainfall is very heavy or if the weather conditions are particularly bad. The cleaning method we use involves using pure water and if it's raining when we clean your windows the rainwater does not effect the quality of the clean.
